On-Site Event Setup (Before Guests Arrive) – We arrive early on the day of

your event to:

  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure everything is delivered and set up properly

This is our all-inclusive package, where we not only plan and set up your event but also stay throughout the entire event to manage everything from start to finish.

Full Day-Of Event Coordination:

  • Welcoming Guests – We greet your guests and guide them to their seats or assigned areas.
  • Vendor & Guest Coordination – We oversee vendors and assist guests with any questions or needs.
  • Managing the Event Schedule – We ensure everything happens on time, from speeches to food service.
  • Problem Solving – If any unexpected issues arise, we handle them discreetly so you can enjoy your event stress-free.
